Come try out a FREE Strength & Conditioning class or a Boxing Class! All Levels welcome, no experience needed.
The Fitness Academy is a Boxing and Strength & Conditioning gym here in Victoria! The Strength and Conditioning classes are circuit style classes with an athletic approach that incorporates plyometrics, agility, strength, cardio, and power. We are constantly coming up with new exercises so no workout will ever be the same! You are guaranteed to sweat and leave feeling accomplished!
Along with Strength & Conditioning, TFA also offers all levels Boxing classes. Boxing is a fantastic way to improve your cardiovascular health, coordination and endurance. At these classes you will learn proper boxing technique, hit bags, pads, and learn many specialized boxing drills!
The Fitness Academy is a barefoot gym (or socks) so don’t worry about bringing running shoes! Training barefoot allows the body to activate muscles more efficiently, become aware of imbalances, and increases stability.
The Fitness Academy is a place for people of all fitness levels to come and enjoy the process of getting in shape. We don’t believe in cookie cutter gym routines where people just go through the motions. We offer a place to come and push yourself in a group setting while joining our dynamic and innovative training system.
